Jillian’s strategic and relationship marketing skills combined with an acute attention to detail has seen her successfully manage sales and marketing teams for firms across Australia.

She has twelve years of experience in operational management within international firms such as Ernst & Young, Singleton Ogilvy & Mather, BWM, SalesLabs and West Wayne Inc in Miami, USA.

With a focus on customer loyalty, interaction and long-term engagement, her marketing career has centred around relationship marketing for clients such as IBM, Ernst & Young, TAL, SAS, NewsLtd, iSUBSCRiBE, Celebrity Cruises, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, TDK and Bacardi.

Jillian has managed Australia’s largest marketing and advertising awards program for the past three years, and is currently initiating a new events division of The Bakery.
